45° Horizontal Clamp

     The 45° Horizontal Clamp, used for horizontal clamping at platen surface, is sold complete with sliding handle, hardened screw and swivel cap. It is made of gray iron and will accommodate 1 3/4" square holes. The 3" stem is cast on the 3" x 2 1/2" high block and assures 45 degree clamping relative to the block by dropping it into a square hole on the platen surface. Periodic spraying of the hardened screw with an anti-spatter compound is recommended for increased life span.
