Shipping

All product is shipped FOB Phila., Pa. 19123, USA, normally two to 3 weeks after receipt of order. We will drop ship to your
requested destination. Due to our high volume of shipping we are
able to offer our customers a discount from standard rates with
specific carriers. Keep in mind, you are not obligated to ship with
the carrier we suggest, you are welcome to designate a carrier of
your choosing. We will gladly assist you with a freight quotation
for comparison shopping.

Warranty

Under normal usage, all products are guaranteed for a period of
one year from date of shipment.

Returns
|
|
If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with an item contact
us by phone, fax or e-mail, explaining the nature of your dissatisfaction.
We would require our invoice number or delivery slip number (as
noted on your packing slip) for identification. Specify your choice
of exchange or refund and advise us of any changes to the original
condition of the item(s). We will issue a Return Authorization
Number which must appear on all packages and paperwork
returned to us. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee
for returned items. The mode of transportation and carrier must
be specified by Acorn.
